Meeting of young specialists of REMCO, ZiO-Podolsk, EC ZIOMAR took place from 11 to 13 of September

The second meeting of young specialists and workers of REMCO, ZiO-Podolsk, EC ZIOMAR took place at Chayka children's health camp from 11 to 13 of September. A lot of participants who have just graduated and obtaining experience straight at our enterprise, represented REMCO, ZiO-Podolsk and EC ZIOMAR.

L. Kuznetsova, Personnel Director, V. Serzhantov, Production director and A. Rubtsov, Chief Engineer opened the meeting with the speech.

The meeting was held under the slogan "Let's improve the life at ZiO" and included a business game, a number of creative tasks, a sporting competition, a spectacular display and gathering around the fire finished with night disco. This meeting helped new employers who started to work in 2009 to examine actual problems of young specialists and to join the solving work for these problems, to get some theoretical knowledge about kaizen method and to understand the introduction way for lean production of Rosatom system at pilot areas of workshops, as well as to ask questions to company's management and just to make acquaintance.

For these three days young specialist joined the ranks of power machine builders. As a result, the Union of Young Specialists established at the first meeting acquired new creative forces. This Union of Young Specialists is an informal link between them and their more experienced colleagues. Aleksey Orobinsky, Deputy Head of Boiler Department 2 of Special Design Bureau of Boiler Building of Engineering Company ZIOMAR, is the Head of the Union of Young Specialists.
