Supply for Aksu power station

In 2008 ZiO-Podolsk received an order to manufacture equipment for Aksu power station in Kazakhstan (former Yermak TPP). The scope of supply consists of CRH-1 and CRH-2 units, sloping bottom units, lower radiation section units, mid radiation section units, ceiling superheater units and platen superheater.

П39-II boilers of ZiO-Podolsk for 300 MW power unit were in successful operation at Yermak TPP during 40 years. Now it's time to substitute out-dated equipment for modern enabling to reduce NOx emissions.

At present, mid radiation section units, ceiling superheater units and platen superheater as well as CRH-1 unit (weight is over 25 tons, length is 13 m, width is 3 m and height is almost the same, made of tubes painted with special anticorrosion mixture) are manufactured and supplied. The rest equipment is being manufactured.
